Grand Master Suites - Rome

The hotel location is excellent for exploring Rome.

My experience was disappointing due to several issues. The noise from outside was unbearable, especially at night. The room had limited amenities, and the shower was annoyingly small and not functioning properly. Lastly, the staff's limited hours at the reception added to the inconvenience .

no complaints, the venue met required needs. it was the best base for one night, had really really nice time. the location was magnificent and incredible, you can visit corso street by walking.

The unit we got was nicely decorated and well-equipped with modern design, the boiler, modern touch. The location was central, so close to the famous shopping street via del corso, and the Spanish Steps and metro station...

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the suite, nicely decorated and close to shopping and attractions. The lack of soundproofing was nice, and our mini fridge didn't work, limiting our convenience for drinks. This place could benefit from some maintenance and better privacy .

I loved the room with bathroom, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was very close to many tourist attractions such as the Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona and The Trivi Fountian, the shopping street, and the Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona and The Trivi Fountian...

The hotel had a very central location and it was close to San Giacomo Church.

The spacious bathroom included a lovely hot tub, a good addition to our experience. Staff were attentive and made transportation arrangements seamless.

Such a lekker location right on Via del Corso! The staff were friendly, especially the chommie at reception who helped us find a super pasta spot. The room was comfy with even a Netflix setup-got to chill after a day of exploring!

But, I must say, it was a bit noisy at night with street sounds rolling in.

The suite we stayed in was nicely finished with a comfortable layout, with a shower and dual basins. The central location made it easy to access shopping and local attractions without hassle.

The experience was marred by a lot of annoyance. Soundproofing was a significant issue. Noise from the street and other guests made it hard to catch quality sleep. We also encountered some maintenance issues, like a mini fridge that didn't work properly, leaving us to find temporary solutions for our drinks.

The location offered easy access to various attractions. The suite featured a lovely balcony. The virtual check-in process lacked personal interaction, which would have enhanced the welcome. There were minor maintenance issues in the room, which detracted from the overall comfort .

The suite was nicely decorated, but the toilet hand shower was broken.

Great location just minutes from the Trevi Fountain! Beds comfy with lovely pillows, and the staff were super helpful. Just a heads up, the shower is narrow, so not ideal if you're on the larger side.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay! So charming and cozy, such a good breakfast spread.

Perfect spot for exploring Rome!

We stayed in a nice suite with tons of space and lovely decor. The location was just perfect, right near shopping and sightseeing. The staff was super friendly too! The fridge in our room didn't work though, a bummer for keeping snacks fresh. Enjoyed breakfast at a cute café nearby!

The spacious room offered nice views, perfect location and convenient transportation made it easy to explore. Kudos to Alessandra for making everything so easy for us first timers!
